g)Relationship between landing procedures and landing speed;
h)Relationship of landing weight to altitude and atmospheric temperature at the landing site;
i)Landing climb gradient;
j)Landing distance;
k)Stall speed and other operations necessary for flight.
Article 12-(3). When the purpose of aircraft use is designated under the provision of Article 10 paragraph 3 of the Law (including the case where applied accordingly under the provisions of Article 10-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law, the airworthiness category specified in the provisions of Annex shall be defined.
2. The aircraft operating limitations to be designated under the provision of Article 10 paragraph 3 of the Law shall be as prescribed in paragraph 3 items (2) and (3) of the preceding Article.
(Designation for Operating Limitation)
Article 13. The designation under the provisions of Article 10 paragraph 3 of the Law (including when applied accordingly to Article 10-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law) shall be established by the issuance of a document describing the items as specified in the preceding Article (hereafter referred to as “designation for operating limitation”) to the applicant.
Article 14. Technical standards under the provisions of Article 10 paragraph 4 of the Law (including when applied accordingly to Article l0-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law) shall be the standards as specified in the Annex (with respect to the components and parts, the standards as specified in the Annex or the type or specification approved by the Minister of Transport).
2. Any person who will apply for type or specification approval under the previous paragraph shall submit an application of type (specification) approval for the components, etc. (Form No. 7-2) in duplicate to The Minister of Transport.
